I am happy to create something which brings attention to the director Rintaro and this wonderful film. Rintaro is also a jazz musician so his films have musical scores unlike anything you would ever expect from anime. The version of “St. James Infirmary” which plays over the scene depicted in the last two frames above was recorded specifically for this film
